Upper School Committee
Board Members
We are excited to welcome all of our 24/25 Upper School PTO Board Members and Volunteers!
Shea Willis
PTO President
Anthony, 2022 Grad, Andrew, 12th Grade
My name is Shea Willis; I have been an active Upper School Board member since returning to Rancho Solano in 2019. My oldest son Anthony graduated from Rancho in 2022 and is currently attending UCLA. Our youngest, Andrew, will be a Senior at Rancho this year. He enjoys being an IB Diploma candidate and a member of the Varsity basketball team. I have served in many capacities over the years; Grade representative, Vice President, and President X 3. It hasn’t always been an easy commitment each year, but I feel it is such an important part of what makes Rancho so special, that it’s hard to say no😉. I thoroughly enjoy working with the parents of Rancho and it is our mission to enhance the lives and experiences of our students and faculty. I know what we do makes a difference and there is nothing more rewarding than that!
My background includes obstetrical nursing; I have a BSN from GCU. I’m a former Labor and Delivery RN that has since taken a break from the bedside to help my husband expand the national footprint of his Wealth Management firm Asset Preservation Wealth and Tax. We look forward to continually supporting Rancho into the new school year! Go Mustangs!

Cari Woods
Vice President
Chase, 8th Grade
My name is Cari Woods. We are thrilled to be entering our third year at Rancho Solano and my third year serving on the Upper School PTO. I served as Secretary my first year and I’m returning for my second year serving as Vice President. My son, Chase is excited to be an 8th grader this year! I have held many PTO positions from Room Mom Coordinator, Secretary, Vice President to President; both in the public and private school settings. I served on the Superintendent’s Parent Council for Gilbert Public Schools for 3 years.
I have a professional background in Event Production and Management here in Scottsdale. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two sons, and our English Bulldogs. I pride myself on being the best cheerleader for my two favorite basketball teams… Phoenix Suns and Rancho Solano Mustangs!

Wendy Stoeckel
Treasurer
Adam, 12th Grade
My name is Wendy Stoeckel and this is my third year as the Upper School PTO Treasurer. Our son Adam started at Rancho as a Freshman in 2021 and is a Senior this year. He has made wonderful friendships, learned from impactful teachers and loves playing on the basketball team. I’m honored to serve on the PTO along with other resourceful, talented and genuinely caring individuals with a “can do” attitude. Over the years, I’ve observed that what makes Rancho so special is the teamwork and effort of not only teachers and administration but also the parents, extended families and of course all the wonderful kids.
I am a CPA and have spent the majority of my career in accounting and finance working in the Public Homebuilding industry. For the last 12 years, I’ve worked as an Asset Manager for a Land Banker with investments nation-wide. In my spare time, I'm hanging out with my family and two rescue mutts and teaching cycle classes at the gym. I’m excited for another great year at Rancho...Go Mustangs!

Mika Perry
Upper School Teacher Appreciation Representative
Reese, 7th Grade, Paige, 3rd Grade
Hello! My name is Mika Perry and this is our second year at Rancho. I have served as a Room Parent throughout their school years and am excited to step it up to a PTO role this year. As a former elementary teacher, I know how much energy and time is put into their work on a daily basis, so it’s an honor to serve as Teacher Appreciation Rep to give back to our teachers who truly make our school exceptional.
I grew up in Arizona and attended ASU for my undergrad and NAU for a Masters in Elementary Ed. In addition to teaching, my background includes careers in finance, owning a professional home organizing company, creating online courses and content, and I now work in digital marketing. I enjoy working out, traveling to new destinations, spending time with our pup Poppy, and making memories with our family and friends.

Lori Coleman
Student Appreciation Representative
Will, 8th Grade, Matthias, 9th Grade
My husband, Jeff and I, have two boys at Rancho Solano. We have been with this great school for 3 years.
Our family is originally from the great state of Iowa. My degrees are in Public Health. I enjoy traveling with my family, spending time with my dogs, and running/walking/hiking.
I am excited for this role to help create memories for our middle and upper school students!

Danielle Hsu
Grade Representative Coordinator
James, 9th Grade, Ana, 5th Grade
Hello! I am excited to begin my 2nd year volunteering on the Upper School PTO committee. My family relocated from NYC in 2021 and have been warmly welcomed into the Rancho community. My kids are James and Ana Carbone; our whole family is looking forward to our 3rd year at RSPS. I am a big believer that a strong school community is crucial to a school’s success which is one of the many reasons why I am continuing my commitment to the parents, faculty, and students at Rancho by serving on the Upper School committee. In my free time I can be found hiking, doing Pilates, hanging out with friends, shuttling my kids to the end of the earth, or spending entire weekends at my son’s swim meets.
